Photoshop manipulations editing with light
I have blacked out the background with magic wand tool and created a path with a path tool. I used a stroke tool on the path using a base colour of yellow with an outer glow of pink to give it a more 3D effect. I deleted the path to leave the coloured line and rubbed out every other line to create a spiral effect to give an illusion that it is wrapped around the person.
